What services does Montreal Dog Club offer?
We provide home-based, private, dog boarding, dog sitting, dog daycare and dog walking. All services are one-on-one, personalized to each dog’s routine and needs.
Where are your caregivers located?
Our certified caregivers are based throughout Montreal neighborhoods, mainly Griffintown, Old Montreal and Downtown Montreal. We match your dog with a caregiver close to your home whenever possible.
How do you select and vet caregivers?
All caregivers are certified, experienced, and background-checked. We carefully screen for experience with different breeds, ages, personalities, and special needs. Only caregivers who meet our high standards join our network.
Do dogs stay in cages, kennels or groups?
No. Dogs are cared for in calm, home-based environments, never in kennels or groups. Your dog receives individual attention throughout their stay.
How much of my payment goes to the caregiver?
100% of your payment goes directly to the caregiver. We do not take a cut. Literally no other company, app or business does this. Other pet care services take 30% - 70% from the caregiver. Our model is designed to support ethical, fair pay while providing premium care.
Can you accommodate special needs, puppies or senior dogs?
Yes. Our caregivers are experienced with dogs of all ages, breeds, and special needs, including medication administration, limited mobility, and dietary requirements.
Do you offer a free meet-and-greet?
Yes. We encourage a free meet-and-greet before care begins so your dog and caregiver can get comfortable with each other.
What if my dog has behavior issues or anxiety?
We match dogs with caregivers experienced in handling behavioral challenges and anxiety. Every dog receives patient, gentle, individualized support.
How do I know my dog is safe?
Safety is our top priority. All caregivers are trained and certified in pet first aid, CPR and pet behavior.
Do you provide daily updates?
Yes. Caregivers send regular photos, videos, and messages so you can see how your dog is doing throughout the day.
